How Your Ownership Is Protected

Every property is acquired with a registered survey and verified title before listing. Each Block purchase is backed by a digital Block Certificate carrying a unique number and QR code — verifiable by anyone, anytime, at our public certificate verification page. Certificates are voided and reissued on every transfer, so the ownership record is always current.

Legal Partners

Every property Landwich lists goes through independent legal due diligence and title perfection, alongside a registered land survey, before it reaches the platform. We are finalising our formal legal and survey partnerships and will publish their names here once engagement is complete.

Payments & Funds

All payments are processed securely by Paystack and Flutterwave, both CBN-licensed payment providers. Landwich never stores your card details.

Verify You're Really Talking to Landwich

As a newer platform, impersonation is a real risk — a fake WhatsApp number or lookalike page can be set up by anyone. Our only official channels are WhatsApp +234 903 778 9005 and email addresses ending in @landwich.net. We will never ask for your password, your one-time login code, or for you to send money outside the platform's wallet system. If anything feels off, contact us directly before acting on it.

Trading Safely on the P2P Marketplace

✓All P2P Block trades settle through your Landwich wallet — never send or receive money outside the platform
✓A listing price that looks too good to be true usually is — compare it against the property's current valuation
✓Report anyone who asks you to complete a trade outside Landwich to our support team immediately
